10-Day Spot Warranty
We include a 10-day warranty against reappearing dirt. If our technnicians provided a stain removal service and the stain re-appears, we will be glad to return and retreat the area free of charge within the first ten days.
30Warranty
30-Day Spot & Spill
When our technicians apply carpet protector, you will have peace of mind with our spot-and-spill warranty. In case you experience an accidental food or beverage spill that your complimentary bottle of spotter cannot successfully remove, our technicians will come back within 30 days from the date of service and attempt to remove the spot.
10Day
10-Day Odor Warranty
If our recommended odor-removal product fails to perform as described, our technicians will re-clean the treated area a second time for free. However, if your pet has recontaminated the area we have treated before, additional costs could apply.

A little over 25 years ago I started this family company with my dad and one of my college buddies.
